The federal government’s airport security procedures leave travelers with the choice of a virtual strip search in a full body scanner with dangerous radiation or a very hands-on pat down that touches breasts and genitals. This security theater is ineffective and dangerous, makes us less safe, presents a serious health risk, and tramples our basic human dignity and liberty. Flying is not worth the trouble. We Won’t Fly is a consumer advocate that speaks out in defense of air travelers.
